Accrue divides marketing program delivery into 14 core roles. Each role plays a crucial part in the success of an earnings growth program. Each program team consists of a unique combination of staff, external experts and partner companies appropriate to a client's needs.

Director of Marketing: Works with the entrepreneur or their marketing manager to develop the business objectives and marketing strategy. The director of marketing is responsible for stewarding a company's brand and for ensuring that the vision for the program is maintained throughout the roll-out. |

Business Coach: Works with the entrepreneur on direction setting, leadership development, communication effectiveness and a variety of personal and professional matters that influence your success. |

Art Director: Works with the director of marketing on setting the creative direction for the marketing program. The team of designers report to the art director who has the final say in what is presented. |

Copy Director: Works with the director of marketing and decides on how to tell a client's story powerfully and effectively. The copy director must help the copywriters maintain a particular voice and style throughout a marketing program. |

Information Architect: Designs the user experience, data models and ultimately ensures that performance data can be tracked and used for optimizing program performance. |

Web 2.0 Designer: Web properties are as much industrial design as they are commercial art and therefore our web designers are creative, savvy and technical to meet multiple, often conflicting objectives. |

Internet Developer: Work predominantly with PHP, SQL, HTML, Java, Flash and Ajax. The focus is on content management system (CMS) implementation, customization and integration with 3rd party applications. |
