About Accrue
We're a Calgary-based, fractional CMO (chief marketing officer) company with a focus on interactive, inbound marketing, digital direct-marketing, and sales lead generation.
What We Do
We help entrepreneurs Design (their business), Build (their sales and marketing process and infrastructure) and Grow (advertise, promote, direct-market and sell) thier companies.

How are you compensated? We have a real-time profit sharing model for staff, contractors and partners. We think it is important to be compensated on the basis of your unique contribution. We have an innovative compensation model to reward you for your effort each month, rather than waiting for some arbitrary bonus, at the end of the year. Our model rewards real contributors and high-performers and banishes hiders and holders on.
Important Differences
Although there are many similarities, we are not a classic design firm or advertising agency. We step up and lead. We become part of our clients executuve team. Our purpose is to expand the business development capabilities of partner companies to help them grow profitably. As a result, we have long-term relationships with our clients. A key benefit to this approach is that we get to see things through to fruition rather than just completing one-off projects or developing plans that never get implemented. This also means we need to be pragmatic and develop programs that stand up over time.
Important Criteria For Fit
Due to our focus and virtual office arrangement, we are not a good fit for those fresh out of university or co-op students. We seek only experienced consultants (or technical experts with people skills) with excellent communication, organizational, internet marketing, technical (data manipulation) and business development skills.
Ideally you have consulting firm and / or agency experience, have been mentored or coached along the way by a professional business, leadership, or life coach.
Special consideration will be provided to graduates of Landmark Education or equivalent.
