Consulting Internet Director of Marketing reporting to the President, you have shared responsibility for direct sales and internet direct marketing program leadership of several companies. You help define brands and business models. You aid in directing the development of Web 2.0 business platforms. You also help direct, deliver and or coach clients through the rollout of integrated inbound marketing and on-line sales lead generation programs.

You are savvy with traditional, internet and social media marketing as well as the technologies for campaign performance tracking and optimization. You are experienced in developing an in-house marketing team as well as working with contractors.

You are technically competent with all things web related, but not necessarily a programmer. You are experienced with search engines and web analytics and know how to tailor programs to optimize aesthetics, search rankings and sales effectiveness.

You are an accomplished communicator both verbally and written as well as an active learner. You are practiced in relationship-based business and consultative selling frameworks.

Education: B.Comm., BA or MBA or equivalent experience.
Required Experience: Entrepreneurship and / or Marketing Consulting or Business Coaching Firm

Desirable Skills
Interactive Marketing, Direct Marketing, PR experience in a consulting environment
Organization and time/self management, scheduling, decision making
Professional Development – life coaching, Toast Masters, 7 Habits, Landmark or similar
Basic design skills and / or software experience would be an asset
